Cheshire-based articulated trailer manufacturer, Tiger Trailers has brought on board a recent graduate of their work Prince's Trust 'Team' Programme after a successful work placement.

The Cheshire-raised graduate, Ben Bratherton completed his work placement last year undertaking a variety of different roles including supporting sales, working in reception, and supporting the rest of the team in Stage 5, the area of the factory where kits are assembled to help keep the production lines running.

And once completing the Prince Trust programme, Ben joined as a full-time member of Stage 5.

Tiger Trailers, who employ 250 people at their Winsford factory has participated in the Prince's Trust programme before which consists of a 12-week personal development programme and includes work experience, practical skills development, and participation in community projects and aims to boost confidence and open doors to further training.

Tiger's corporate social responsibility manager Alison Cartwright says: "We are very proud indeed to support our local community here in Winsford and Cheshire West by working with organisations like The Prince's Trust.

Ben quickly made an impact when he joined us on his work experience placement. It was great to see him graduate, and he has become a credit to #TeamTiger.

As a company, we look forward to continuing to support The Prince's Trust and young people in our local area over the coming months and years".

Ben commented on his experience "It's an honour to have been given this life-changing opportunity to work for Tiger Trailers.

I'm enjoying getting to experience working in different parts of the factory and learning new skills. The job has opened lots of prospects for me".
