A community group formed to help organisations in the town has delayed its next meeting which was due to be held on Monday (September 19th).

Facilitator, Sandbach Co-op Pioneer, Arnie Laing, announced that the event will now be held on Monday, September 26th due to the Queen's funeral.

The event will take place, as usual, at Sandbach Rugby Club in Bradwall Road at 7.30 pm and will focus on sports groups and clubs. All are welcome.

The following month, October , Cheshire Police and Crime Commissioner, John Dwyer, is attending the meeting – the group's sixth so far.

When Co-op Members buy selected Co-op branded products and services, 2p for every pound spent goes into their Co-op Membership account and Co-op gives the same to support community organisations and local causes.
