This individual will join at the outset of the finance team build-out, playing a key role in designing systems, streamlining reporting processes, and equipping the management team with the financial insight needed to scale efficiently and profitably. The Role:

• Setting up and maintaining financial systems and controls
• Producing accurate, timely management accounts and reports
• Supporting budgeting processes and tracking variances
• Managing cash flow and controlling debtors

The Person:

• Finance Manager or similar finance background (trainee or experienced)
• Commutable to Sandbach
• Keen to learn, grow, and eventually lead a finance team
