An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well-established and growing financial services firm covering the Sandbach and Crewe areas.

This role offers strong lead support from a busy, established estate agency partnership, providing a consistent flow of high-quality mortgage opportunities.

The Role

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
• Manage leads generated through estate agency introducers
• Conduct client appointments (face-to-face and remote)
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the full mortgage journey
• Identify and advise on appropriate protection solutions
• Maintain compliance standards in line with FCA regulations

About You

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor
• Must hold CAS (Competent Adviser Status)
• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Proven track record of writing mortgage and protection business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline
