Job Opportunity: HR Operations Manager - Local Authority

Team Leadership: Manage and lead the HR Operations Team, ensuring effective delivery of services in line with the Workforce Strategy.Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and implement service workforce plans and operational action plans to address performance and capacity gaps.Organisational Change: Provide expert guidance and support on organisational change initiatives, including service re-design, restructuring, and senior recruitment.Collaboration & Partnership: Work closely with Directors, Senior Staff, Members, and external agencies to ensure alignment with strategic HR objectives.Employee Relations & Policy Management: Oversee complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with HR policies, trade union relations, and employment law.
