We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children. This role requires a passion for working with young children and the ability to foster their development through play and structured activities.

Split shift, Monday - Friday 7.30-8.30 and 3-6.

Main Roles and Responsibilities: Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Provide care for children's basic needs, including meals, hygiene, and rest periods. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Maintain a clean and organised environment that is conducive to learning and play. Encourage positive behaviour and provide guidance in resolving conflicts among children. Keep accurate records of children's activities, behaviour, and any incidents that may occur. Requirements: Previous experience in childcare or a related field is preferred but not essential. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or Child Development would be advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children and parents alike. Patience, creativity, and adaptability in handling various situations that may arise during childcare. A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development.
