About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced sports professional to join our team in a full time coaching role within a rewarding and growing organisation.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in delivering high quality sporting provisions within primary school and community settings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, high quality PE lessons in line with the National Curriculum, alongside providing PPA cover and CPD within primary schools.
Additional responsibilities may include lunchtime clubs, after-school clubs, sports days, holiday camps, community events, and other opportunities. New starters will be fully supported through our company structure, including coaching support from our Head of Coaching and operational guidance from our Operations Manager to support school procedures and protocols.
Key Responsibilities Plan, organise, and deliver high quality PE and sports sessions Work effectively as part of a team to solve challenges and improve delivery Manage associated administrative duties Deliver extracurricular activities, including lunchtime and after-school clubs Essential Requirements
A genuine interest in delivering a wide range of sports A passion for developing and inspiring young learners Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant Coaching Experience (1 Year Minimum)
