A golf course in Sandbach is up for sale – with a price tag of offers over £1,300,000.

The 18-hole Malkins Bank Golf Course in Betchton Road is on the market with Sidney Phillips with a price tag of leasehold offers of over £1,300,000.

Opened in 1976 and designed by world famous Hawtree Golf Course Architects and Construction, borders on the Trent and Mersey Canal and has a small river flowing through the course.

The sale details listed here include the golf course, club house/summer house, six bag driving range, six one-bedroom pods, club shop and café.
