Customers at a Sandbach farm shop found themselves on the TV when the BBC went to interview people for a news item about inflation.

Several customers at Wheelock Hall Farm Shop in Crewe Road, Sandbach were asked about rising costs and prices by the BBC's economics editor, Faisal Islam.

The news item was shown last night (Wednesday) and also featured a Crewe taxi service.

James Witter, from Wheelock Hall Farm, said a cameraman and the economics editor filmed the item at the weekend.

"They asked if they could come and speak to a few customers. They didn't disturb anyone and asked people if they wanted to take part," he said.

"We watched it and some of our customers have said they saw the farm on the news."

Sandbach Nub News is attaching some footage of the news item. Did you see it? What are your thoughts about inflation?
