Appeal after cash stolen from Chinese restaurant in Haslington

Police are appealing for information after an unknown person forced their way into the Champion House restaurant in Crewe Road, Haslington.

On Wednesday 9 September, local residents witnessed the local eatery taped off with officers at the scene.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson told Nub News: "At 9.40am on Wednesday 9 September, police were called to reports of a burglary at a commercial premises on Crewe Road, Haslington.

"The caller reported unknown offender had forced entry into the building and stolen a quantity of cash from the till."
