A Sandbach-based based architectural practice, Daniel Matthias Architecture Ltd (DMA), is celebrating receiving three prestigious awards in recognition of its outstanding work.

An award-winning Sandbach-based architecture business has reached another milestone - completing its 1,000th project!

Daniel Matthias Architecture, who moved from Betchton to offices at The Hill in Sandbach earlier this year, presented the client of its 1,000th project with a luxury hamper.

Director and architectural technologist, Daniel Matthias said: "We are all over the moon to have reached this milestone of our 1000th project. When launching the business from home, back in 2011.

"I could never have imagined reaching this achievement. Expanding the team, welcoming local architect, Helen Brumby and transforming from a sole trader has been fantastic and has shown me what successful collaboration can really lead to."

Over recent years, Daniel Matthias Architecture Ltd has undergone a successful rebrand, relocated and expanded its team, due to business growth – evolving from residential extensions and new builds, to also collaborating on commercial developments and a number of local primary school projects.

It was notched up three prestigious awards earlier this year as we revealed in this story here National awards, Build: Architecture Awards, named Daniel Matthias Architecture as the 'Most Trusted Residential Architectural Design Specialists - North West England' and 'Best Bungalow Renovation Design Project - North West England' in the Architecture Awards 2023.

For the company's 1000th project, DMA was hired by Phil and June Hulme - the fourth project the couple have worked with Dan and the team on over the years.

Phil said: "DMA always makes the process easy for us. They understand what we want and manage to interpret our ideas, while still making creative suggestions that enhance our designs.

"We've always been very happy with the finished result and are looking forward to working with the team on our current project."
