A popular craft beer shop and bar near Sandbach has applied to extend its hours and activities. 

The Beer Emporium Bottle Bank in Holmes Chapel has applied to Cheshire East for a full variation under the Licensing Act 2023. 

The London Road premises wants to permission for recorded music from 9 am until 1 am Monday to Sunday. 

It also wants to sell alcohol on and off the premises from 9 am until midnight Monday to Sunday and live music 9 am until midnight Monday to Sunday.

The Bottle Bank's current hours are Tuesday 2 pm until 9 pm, Wednesday 2 pm until 10 pm, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10 am until 11 pm, Sunday 10 am until 10 pm and Monday 2 pm until 8 pm. 

The Bottle Bank is a sister business to the Beer Emporium in Sandbach. Both businesses made it into the Campaign for Real Ale's (CAMRA) Good Beer Guide. 2024 as we revealed here

The CAMRA guide says the Bottle Bank gets its name from its previous life as a NatWest Bank, as evidenced by the strong room at the rear, which is now used for customers' spirit bottles.
