Dynamic new sports venue offering a range of activities is opening in Sandbach

Virtual golf, dynamic darts, premier pool, live Sky Sports, food and drinks are all part of a new dynamic indoor sports venue next week.

Thousands of pounds has been spent on transforming a former swimming pool in Moston Road, Ettiley Heath, Sandbach, into SportsZone.
The venue will open at 8am on next Friday (May 23rd), with grand opening competitions set to take place from 6pm. Bookings are now open via SportsZone link here
SportsZone is a leisure hub that will feature hi-tech sports and will be ideal for a night out, a competitive night of virtual golf, darts or pool or a few drinks and food in a buzzing social space while watching live Sky Sports.
It will also be ideal for private hire for families, groups or companies.
SportsZone is designed to bring a fresh, vibrant energy to Sandbach's entertainment scene.

"There's simply nothing like this in Sandbach or the surrounding area," said Ross Kesteven, Managing Director of Sports Coaching Group, the firm behind the plan.
"We're creating a space that's perfect for nights out, family celebrations, team socials or private hire. It's a complete change from the norm - and that's exactly what makes it exciting."

The transformation of the site is already well underway, with the former pool area stripped out to make way for a multi-activity layout.
Virtual golf bays will offer immersive gameplay experiences, while dynamic darts and premier pool brings a fun twist to the classic pub games, all complemented by quality food and drink in a stylish, modern setting.
And it will be idea for friends and family to pop along to watch live Sky Sports.

Sports Coaching Group is already known in the area for providing other services such as holiday clubs, extracurricular activities in schools, mentoring, working in schools to develop teachers and swimming.
"We're passionate about creating positive, active communities - and SportsZone will be the perfect place to do that outside of school or coaching sessions," said Ross.
With private hire packages available, and a unique offering for groups of all ages, SportsZone should become one of Sandbach's go-to destinations.
If you want to become a member you can get 20% off, so pay £20 instead of £25, if you sign up before the end of May.
Opening hours for activities are 8am to 10pm Sunday to Thursday and 8am to 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays, while the bar opens daily from 12 noon.
Swimmers who have used the pool in Sandbach are being welcomed at the firm's pool in Middlewich.
