A former Indian restaurant in Arclid near Sandbach looks set to be turned into housing.

A planning application has been submitted to Cheshire East Council for Zest in Newcastle Road.

Charlotte Properties wants to demolish the restaurant, which has been closed for some time, and build 15 "own front door" apartment homes.

The application (21/6377C, 29th) has associated car parking and landscaping.
