Fitness charity launches popular apprenticeship scheme in Sandbach for 2023

Everybody is delighted to announce it has apprenticeship roles available to apply for in leisure, hospitality and sport (Nub News).

Everybody Health and Leisure with a site in Sandbach launched its popular apprenticeship scheme - in line with National Apprenticeships Week (February 6 - February 12).

In 2022, Everybody promised to recruit 100 into leisure, catering and hospitality, business support and apprenticeship roles.

The fitness charity, which has a site in Alsager - Alsager Leisure Centre - is now delighted to announce it has apprenticeship roles available to apply for in leisure, hospitality and sport.

Everybody works closely with their training providers to deliver 'high-quality apprenticeships'. covering personal development, soft skills and the core educational elements.

Adam Cunningham, 19 years old, is completing a Leisure Team Member Apprenticeship at Everybody at Sandbach Leisure Centre in Middlewich Road.

"I would definitely recommend completing a Leisure Team Member Apprenticeship," he said.

"You meet new people, gain valuable experience and if you're like me, the practical side of the apprenticeship is the most enjoyable."

Ellie Brammall, from Middlewich, is completing a Level 3 Marketing Apprenticeship - working at Crewe Lifestyle Centre

She told Nub News: "Doing an apprenticeship with Everybody Health and Leisure is one of the best things I've decided to do.

"It's helped me develop and learn new skills whilst gaining new qualifications in the workplace."

Ellie's Mum, Claire Brammall, shared her thoughts on apprenticeships and what it has meant for her daughter.

She said: "The apprenticeship route has given my daughter so much confidence in her abilities, drive and passion towards her job role.

"She is enjoying earning whilst she's learning as she progresses through the apprenticeship.

"I was an apprentice myself, which I found to be very positive, as gaining hands on experience on the job helped me climb the ranks quicker but with more experience."

Josh Tunnicliffe, from Crewe, is completing a Leisure Team Member Apprenticeship at Everybody.

He said: "My apprenticeship helped me to build my confidence where I got to try such a wide range of roles.

"This made me enjoy my apprenticeship here at Everybody."

Senior learning and development manager at Everybody Health & Leisure, Richard Roeton, was delighted with the success of its apprenticeships scheme.

Josh Tunnicliffe, from Crewe, is completing a Leisure Team Member Apprenticeship at Everybody (Everybody).

He said: "Here at Everybody, we are excited to be celebrating the successes of our apprentices, our apprenticeships scheme and introducing our opportunities for 2023.

"We will be sharing our upcoming opportunities on our social media channels, hearing from current apprentices and learning why doing an apprenticeship is a great opportunity to kick start your career."
