Holmes Chapel's very own Harry Styles is set to make an appearance over half-term – but it will be one with a difference!

The award-winning superstar, who grew up in Holmes Chapel and won Album of the Year at the Grammy awards last year, is coming to Tatton Park.

The garden and farm teams at Tatton Park in Knutsford are busying preparing for the annual Scarecrow Festival at February half term and Harry will be among the scarecrows.

A spokesperson said: "The staff and volunteers at Tatton Park are busy upcycling lots of amazing scarecrows sustainably using old fabrics, props and wigs to delight and entertain visitors this half term.

"From Beatle-mania to the Queen Bee herself, Beyonce, there is only One Direction you need to go so don your wellies and enjoy the beauty of the gardens and the fun of the farm.

"Who can you spot dressed up in the latest Styles?"

During February half term the parkland is open 10 – 5pm, the gardens are open 10 – 4pm (last entry 3pm) and the farm is open 11 – 4pm (last entry 3pm). The farm is closed on Mondays.

Harry Styles lived and grew up in Holmes Chapel and went to Hermitage Primary School before going on to Holmes Chapel Comprehensive. He also worked at Mandeville Bakery in the village.

But what will Harry, known for his fashionable outfits, be wearing in his Tatton scarecrow?

Sandbach Nub News told here how Madame Tussauds unveiled seven new Harry Styles figures across the world in its branches from London to New York, Hollywood, Amsterdam, Berlin, Singapore and Sydney last year.

The superstar was styled in one wearing a replica green Gucci suit which he wore to the 'My Policeman' premiere.

Madame Tussauds' in Berlin sees Harry wearing a pink leather waistcoat and oversized pink fur coat while in the New York Madame Tussauds, fans will see Harry in a rainbow sequinned jumpsuit.
