Fancy learning the art of yoga in calm, relaxing rural surroundings on the edge of Sandbach?

Yoga teacher, Suzi Baker, has launched a series of beginner classes and has opened these up to children aged over 10 when accompanied by an adult.

Suzi, whose business is called 'Manor Farm Yoga', is looking forward to building up her classes following a brief break during lockdowns.

"These classes will take participants right back to basics and are suitable for individuals who have never practiced yoga before," said Suzi.

Suzi will lead a range of seated and standing postures alongside balances, twists and a little energetic flow before preparing the body for final relaxation and a short meditation.

She added: "This style of yoga is great for increasing strength, balance and flexibility, with a focus on using the breath to reset the nervous system."

Classes are available to pre-book here on an ad-hoc basis and will run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7.30 pm - 8.30 pm throughout the holidays.  They take place at Manor Farm, Mill Lane in Smallwood.

All levels are welcome and children over 10 can join for half price when accompanied by a full paying adult. There is parking available on site through the gate.

"Please bring your own mat and ensure you read the waiver when booking," says Suzi. More information is available on the Facebook page here and the Instagram page here or Instagram here
