Fancy working in the lovely village of Holmes Chapel? KPI Recruiting has a customer service administrator role working for a luxury retail brand.

Excellent communication skills are needed for this customer service candidate to support the team until at least January 2022.

This is a varied role where you will answer incoming calls and emails from customers, investigate queries, liaise with couriers and work closely with the warehouse team, order processing and maintain the database.

The ideal candidate will be customer focused, have strong communication skills, be well organised and proficient on systems.

A full-time role 35 hours per week, the position includes two weekends a month and pay is £8.91 - 9.30 per hour.
