Job of the Week: Mortgage Case Manager/ Administrator

"A Wealth Management Company based in East Cheshire offering a full range of financial services to its private and corporate clients, both at a local and national level, are currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to support the very busy Mortgage Consultants.

"Within this role you will be expected to provide a professional and comprehensive administration service in an exceptionally busy office, supporting a team of Advisers, and in turn a large number of Private and Corporate clients.

"As a Mortgage Client Manager / Administrator you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative support to the Mortgage Team and its Advisers, who are located across multiple offices.

Key duties:

• Processing of applications and accurate data entry into relevant company and third party systems

• Working closely and building strong business relationships with Mortgage & Protection Providers

• End-to-end case management

• Ensuring that all stakeholders are kept up to date

• Ensuring that client files are maintained at all times

• Providing administration support to Advisers

• Completion of pre-application research into providers' policies

Candidates experience:

• Dealing with high volumes of lenders and providers.

• Broad experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service skills

• Excellent organisation skills
