Nineteen-year-old man arrested on suspicion of drug driving following collision near Sandbach

Cheshire Police have arrested a 19-year-old man on suspicion of drug driving - following a road traffic collision close to Crewe Hall.
The incident on Butterton Lane, Haslington, happened at 8:57pm on Sunday (November 20) - just two miles from Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa.
A red Peugeot 107 lost control and overturned - sustaining damage.
Two fire engines from Crewe arrived at the scene - along with Cheshire Constabulary.
Emergency services closed the road for approximately one hour - with firefighters making the area safe.
The 19-year-old driver from Alsager was able to get out of the vehicle safely - sustaining no injuries.
He was arrested on suspicion of drug driving and has since been released - pending further inquiries.
A Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "One vehicle was involved in a road traffic collision on Butterton Lane.
"Nobody was trapped in the vehicle but the road was closed while firefighters made the area safe."
Today (November 21), Cheshire Constabulary confirmed the incident to Nub News.
A spokesperson said: "Officers attended and found the incident involved a red Peugeot 107 which had overturned. There were no injuries.
"The driver of the car, a 19-year-old man from Alsager, was arrested on suspicion of Drug driving.
"He has since been released under investigation pending further enquiries."
