Police chase ends with 18-year-old man who crashed car into Wheelock property being arrested for possessing drugs

An 18-year-old man was arrested following a police chase which ended in him crashing his car into a property in Wheelock and having drugs in his possession.
At 12.28am on Friday (11th June), officers on patrol spotted a car on Crewe Road, Haslington and followed in an attempt to stop the vehicle.
The car made off and collided with a property on Crewe Road, Wheelock.
An 18-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of possession with intent to supply drugs, failing to stop, dangerous driving and drug driving. He remains in custody.
