Members of the public are invited to join Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (MCHFT) for its Annual Members' the week after next.

The meeting takes place on Thursday, 11th September 2025, from 1 pm until 3.30 pm at the Postgraduate Lecture Hall, Leighton Hospital, Crewe. A virtual attendance option will also be available.

The Trust — which runs Leighton Hospital in Crewe, Victoria Infirmary in Northwich, and Elmhurst Intermediate Care Centre in Winsford — will reflect on achievements from 2024/25, present the Annual Report & Accounts, and share plans for the year ahead.

Megan Nurse, Chair of Mid Cheshire Hospitals, said: "Our Annual Members' Meeting is an important opportunity for us to share openly with our community about the work we are doing, the challenges we face, and our ambitions for the future.

"Just as importantly, it's a chance for us to hear directly from local people about their experiences and ideas. I would warmly encourage everyone with an interest in their local NHS services to join us, whether in person or online, and take part in shaping how we continue to serve our communities."

Attendees can:

  • Visit market stands and meet the teams delivering services
  • Network with staff, Governors, Board members, and fellow public members
  • Discover more about our Healthier Futures programme and the ambitious development of a local health and care neighbourhood, including the new Leighton
  • Learn how the Trust Charity supports patients and staff.

Those wishing to attend in person or virtually are asked to register in advance by emailing [email protected] or call 01270 612453.
