Emma Gibson gets ready to launch the autumn menu

A popular Sandbach café and delicatessen is launching its autumn drinks menu this weekend – just days after celebrating its third birthday.

And it is also gearing up to launch a new initiative with the business next door, called 'Crack the Cost of Christmas'.

Gibsons' Greengrocer's & Deli was set up Emma and husband Chris three years' ago.

First based at the Mill in Sandbach, the business moved to its current premises, opposite St Mary's Church, in December two years ago.

Emma says the business has gone from strength to strength since launching and she and the team couldn't be happier.

"We get a lot of passing trade here and are so pleased with how it's gone.

"We're getting ready to launch a new initiative to help people spread the cost of Christmas as we know how tough things are for many at the moment."

Gibsons' has been in its current High Street location for nearly two years

Gibsons' is keeping details of this initiative, which will also involve children's shop, Olllie & Phee, for the time being.

This weekend, Gibsons' will have a new drinks menu which will include pumpkin spiced latte, hazelnut hot chocolate and spiced apple tea.
