"By hosting this coffee morning, it has allowed us to create lasting relationships within the local community and given our residents the opportunity to meet new people.

'We hope that by making this a monthly event, the people of Sandbach will see Elworth Grange as a safe and welcoming home for all of those living with dementia and their carers.

Elworth Grange is a residential and dementia care home, operated by Ideal Carehomes.

All 66 bedrooms are en-suite, enabling staff to deliver person-centred care in a dignified manner, promoting independence as far as possible.
