A Sandbach church is getting ready for the start of a new toddler group which is the brainchild of the new curate.   

Rev Jayne Manfredi took up her new role at St Mary's Church in July and one of her first initiatives was to launch a toddler group.

The mother-of-four sees the doors open to 'Tiddlers' on Monday, September 19th in St Mary's Church Hall.

All are welcome to attend and the group runs during term time from 9 am – 10.30 am.

"I am so proud to be doing what I am doing. It's been a difficult couple of years for everyone but we're here to help and provide support," said Rev Manfredi.
