Feel the love this Valentine's Day by getting in the swim – and you could win a month's free membership for you and your fitness buddy.

That's the offer up for grabs at Everybody Leisure which has leisure centres in Sandbach and Alsager.

They are urging people to try a new class, swim those extra lengths or lift a new personal best.

A spokesman said: "Maybe your dream workout buddy isn't actually your workout buddy yet?

"Then invite them along with you so they can see what they're missing.

"They can request a free one day pass and if they love it so much that they join, you land a free month's membership via the Refer a Friend scheme."

All you have to do is:

• Post a selfie to social media using one of our selfie frames (if you don't bring a phone usually the team at site can snap you and upload to their FB page)
• Tag your leisure centre and use #EBLeisure
• Each selfie you post counts as one entry into the prize draw
• Don't forget to let us know how or what you did to challenge yourself that visit!
