Residents at one street party in Sandbach celebrated the Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee in style – thanks to the Co-op and Nub News.

Louise Hawthorn Vicarage Lane, Elworth, was one of the lucky winners in a one-off Nub News and Co-op competition last month.

She received bunting, mini flags, crowns, cake toppers a tablecloth and party accessories plus handy hints to help her celebration be a success.

They arrived in good time for The Platinum Jubilee celebrations taking place between Thursday 2 June and Sunday 5 June.

And Louise's neighbours and family were over the moon with the celebration box which helped them to enjoy the event.

The Jubilee celebration boxes were sent out the week commencing May 23, arriving in plenty of time for the events.

Louise told Nub News: "I thought the box was fantastic. We had a fab time and it really helped us to enjoy the event. Thank you to the Co-op and Sandbach Nub News!"

Co-op Membership helps support Co-op's national charity partners and Local Community Fund causes.
