At the weekend, Nicola was interviewed by the BBC World News for a programme about the Falklands 40 years on.
Nicola spoke about the psychological effects that people who fought in the Falklands War are still experiencing.
She says 40 years on, veterans are still suffering. Thirty thousand sailors, marines, soldiers and merchant mariners took part in the Falklands War along with many civilians.
Nicola said: "We will be remembering their contribution and particularly the sacrifice of 255 British personnel who sadly lost their lives.
"As a champion of remembrance, the RBL has brought people together to remember the service and sacrifice of the UK Armed Forces, their families and the civilian communities involved in the Falklands War to ensure their contribution is never forgotten.
"RBL is supporting many Falklands veterans and their families living with physical and psychological health issues because of their service in the war.
Nicola has urged any Falklands veterans and their families to come forward and contact the RBL if they need help.
