Friday, December 12th

Fancy getting crafty? There's a festive Macrame Christmas ornament workshop at Sandbach Craftworks in Bradwall Road. In this hands-on session, participants will learn the art of macrame while crafting beautiful, handmade ornaments to adorn their holiday trees.

At Sandbach Market Hall, it's an extra special weekend at the indoor market. On friday they are bringing you late night shopping until 7.30pm.

Fancy taking up a new hobby in 2026 or want to go along and find out more? Discover the joy of birdwatching with South East Cheshire Ornithological Society's monthly meeting at Ettiley Heath Church Community Centre in Elton Road. This month it's birds of prey with a 7.30 pm start.

Saturday, December 13th

At Sandbach indoor market the traders have arranged something different! Christmas Minnie Mouse will be making an l appearance between 11.30 am and 12.30pm! Pop down, meet Minnie, snap a quick photo, and enjoy everything Sandbach Market Hall has to offer. from 9 am until 4 pm - a chance to shop local and look around a variety of stalls. A chance to pick up some Christmas gifts and get ready for the festive time ahead!

Meanwhile Sandbach Town Hall has its breakfast with Santa events - tickets available online here

It's the last Sandbach Makers Market of the year and a chance to soak up the festive atmosphere as well as pick up some last minute Christmas presents!  It takes place in Market Square on the Cobbles from 10am until 3pm. Christmas sparkle and the best of local talent!

Fancy watching some live football? Sandbach United Football Club's first team are away to Allscott Heath this weekend with a 3 pm kick-off.

Singing is good for the mind and soul and there's a chance to get involved in some carol singing at Brereton Green Community Space from 5 - 7 pm. All welcome! Drinks and refreshments and Santa will be there!
