"We share the same ethos and so do the rest of the team. I always wanted to run a successful business and that's exactly what I have achieved."

Weather is a big factor in the roofing business and something which both William senior and William junior are constantly checking.

"It takes a long time to build up a good reputation. It's a job which requires working at heights, something we enjoy. When I go out and check a job I will often use a drone to inspect the roof," said William.
