"I wanted to create a business that makes property reporting simple, reliable and professional," said Kelly.

"We're flexible and can attend properties when needed, including evenings and weekends. If an urgent inspection or report is required, we can often be there within hours.

Based at the Business Centre on Moss Lane, Sandbach, We've Got the Keys focuses on delivering thorough, independent property reporting that supports every stage of the tenancy.

At the start of a tenancy, the company produces comprehensive photographic inventories, condition reports and utility meter readings to establish an accurate record of the property's condition.

Throughout the tenancy, interim inspections provide an objective snapshot of how the property is being maintained, helping to identify issues early and giving landlords and agents a clear picture of the property's condition.

At the end of the tenancy, detailed check-out reports compare the property's condition against the original inventory, providing clear evidence of any changes and supporting a fair, transparent end-of-tenancy process.

The company also offers Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), providing landlords and agents another convenient property service from a single trusted provider.

Kelly added: "Our reports save agents and landlords valuable time and provide the detailed documentation they need, allowing them to focus on their clients while we take care of the reporting."
