Having a baby can be one of the most challenging times in a person's life but there's one South Cheshire woman who's launched a business to make it easier.

Holly Ann Wood is holding award-winning Hartbeeps multi-sensory classes for babies, toddlers and their grown-ups in Sandbach, Smallwood, Holmes Chapel and Congleton.

She is planning to help parents to relax and connect with their baby through a range of techniques starting with the ancient art of baby massage.

Holly Ann is a primary-trained teacher who adores children and has worked in a range of settings, spending nine years working Internationally in Hong Kong and mainland China.

"It's about creating a calm space for you and your baby and working together," said Holly, who lives in Congleton with her husband Max, also a teacher.

"So often parents find this a challenging time and I understand completely. The classes, which are kept small, help parents to connect with their baby and child."

Holly Ann is holding classes starting in September in Sandbach, Smallwood, Holmes Chapel as well as Congleton where she lives and she's also offering birthday parties, nursery sessions and corporate events.

Holly Ann who specialised in Key Stage 1 as a primary teacher, has a passion for child development, outdoor learning, and creating engaging experiences for young children.

She said: "Hartbeeps is more than a baby class. Through magical sound journeys, imaginative and sensory play, music, and movement, you'll experience unforgettable moments that support your child's development while creating precious memories together."

The classes start with 'baby loves massage' suitable from birth to 20 weeks moving on to 'baby bells' suitable for babies from eight weeks, 'baby beeps' suitable from seven months to 'happy house' for toddlers and preschoolers, younger siblings are also welcome.

In Sandbach, classes will be held at the newly refurbished Little Pea Play Cafe in Lodge Road and Smallwood Village Hall while in Holmes Chapel classes will be held in the Massey Room at St Luke's Church Hall.

In Congleton, there are a choice of two venues - Mossley Old School Community Centre and Oh Shoot! Plants. These venues have been chosen because of their importance in the local community.

Holly Ann said: "It's great to think we can be a small part of their journey. I love children and seeing them thrive. It's what my real passion is."
