Award-winning care company offers free CPR sessions for British Heart Foundation heart month

Cardiac arrests can happen to anyone and award-winning care providers, Right at Home South Cheshire, are offering free life-saving CPR sessions.
Residents across South Cheshire are being invited to learn a skill that could one day save a life, as Right at Home South Cheshire brings back its popular free CPR awareness sessions this February in support of British Heart Foundation Heart month.
Taking place every Monday throughout February, from 1 pm until 4 pm at The Old Penny Bank in Nantwich, the complimentary RevivR CPR sessions aim to give members of the local community the confidence and knowledge to act quickly if someone suffers a cardiac arrest.

The sessions return following the success of last year's programme, which attracted over 100 local residents. Right at Home hope to build on that momentum this year and encourage even more people to take part in this vital community initiative.
Delivered in short, practical formats, the sessions teach the basics of CPR through the ReviR service and how to respond in an emergency.

A spokesperson said: "No previous experience is needed, and the training is suitable for anyone, from carers and family members to business owners, students and members of the public.
"Every minute without CPR reduces a person's chance of survival by around 10 per cent. By taking just a short amount of time to learn the technique, participants could one day make the difference between life and death.

"The sessions are completely free to attend, but places are limited and booking is recommended."
