Sandbach Leisure Centre unveils cutting-edge new gym to meeting demand from local commuity

Sandbach Leisure Centre has unveiled a new state-of-the-art gym which has been fitted out with cutting-edge equipment. 

Everybody Health & Leisure, who run the leisure centre in Middlewich Road, say the move comes to meet demand from the local community to support health and fitness. 

The brand new gym includes a technogym skill range, with areas such as cardio, resistance, free-weights.

And they say there is a much-anticipated functional area, which will be available in August.  

The newly renovated gym boasts the latest equipment, including: 

  • Free weights area up to 50kg dumbbells 
  • Smith machine with pre-loaded barbells and dumbbells 
  • Fixed resistance machines 
  • Brand new dual adjustable pulley (cable machine) 
  • State of the art cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, bikes and the latest Technogym Skill range 
  • Brand new SkillUp, SkillRow, SkillBike and SkillRun – all guaranteed to take your training to the next level 

Kris Sankey, head of business development at Everybody Health & Leisure, commented: "This investment comes at the right time for the Sandbach community, offering access to cutting-edge equipment in a welcoming setting despite economic challenges and ongoing cost pressures.  

"The renovation has upgraded our fitness facilities, expanding opportunities to enhance health and well-being across all age groups and skill levels.
