An award-winning local independent estate agency who go above and beyond to help customers has announced two major appointments.

Last month, Stephenson Browne, with offices in Sandbach, Alsager, Crewe, Newcastle and Congleton, was awarded UK Estate Agent of the Year 2022.

The award recognises the business for setting exemplary standards in property sales and lettings, rental management, and customer service in 2022.

Now Stephenson Browne has announced the names of its new branch managers for the Sandbach and Congleton offices.

Belle Smith, who has been with the company for around two-and-a-half years, has been made branch manager of the Sandbach office in High Street.

The 29-year-old, who lives in Haslington, has a "genuine" passion for property and comes from a family involved in the business.

"My mum and step-dad renovated houses, so I've always been around the property business," said Belle.

"I love helping customers, whether it's buying or selling, and making the process as stress-free as possible.

"I know the local market and the area well. It's very buoyant at the moment. We keep in touch with our customers and ensure we deliver first-class service.

"It's fair to say we do go above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble for us. Communication is vital and understanding clients' needs."

Belle's counterpart in Congleton, Ellie Forrester, will vouch for the "above and beyond" approach of Stephenson Browne.

Ellie, who has been appointed branch manager of the Congleton office also in High Street, shares the same wealth of knowledge.

The 27-year-old has worked in the property market since leaving school and has been with Stephenson Browne in the town since the branch opened l8 months ago.

Ellie grew up in Smallwood before moving to Congleton where she went to school and has lived ever since.

"Our reviews are fantastic and like our other offices, we have an amazing team here," said Ellie.

"We go above and beyond to help our clients; we will do everything we can no matter what it takes! Including out of office hours if necessary.

"Congleton is a fantastic town with a great community. When I got the chance to work here, I jumped at it," said Ellie, who knows how to get the best from properties.

She has worked as an operation planner for an interior design business and knows a few design tips.

"Large furniture can make rooms look smaller and decluttering can help," she said.

Craig Whitney, sales director at Stephenson Browne, said: "Belle and Ellie, we know you will flourish in your new roles."

Good luck to both Belle and Ellie from Nub News.
