The Original Factory Shop in Middlewich closes its doors this week
Discount retailer, the Original Factory Shop, is closing its Middlewich branch this week.
The Brooks Lane shop is one of around 11 branches of the discount retailer closing with another five stores across the UK placed up for sale.
Shelves inside are almost empty with a few items left in the "massive warehouse" clearance sale. Meanwhile the 8,795 sq ft premises is currently to let through Edgerley Simpson Howe.
The sales details read: "The property extends to approx. 8,795 sq ft on the ground floor with an ancillary area on the first floor extending to 1,739 sq ft.
"The property benefits from good prominence to Holmes Chapel Road and Brooks Lane. The subject unit also has use of over 20 customer car parking spaces directly outside the unit."
