A town centre building which used to house a hairdressers then an insurance brokers is up for auction for with a guide price of £350,000.
The retail unit is in Congleton Road/ Green Street across the road from the Small Common and Morrisons.
It is listed with estate agency, Meller Braggins, who say it will be sold by auction on October 9th/10th - unless sold prior to this.
They say: "The premises have in recent years been used as a hairdressers and insurance brokers to the ground floor whilst the first floor has a large number of offices with all the building served by several kitchens and WC facilities.
