Town centre retail unit with a guide price of £225,000 has been sold

A town centre building which used to house a hairdressers then an insurance brokers has been sold.

The retail unit is in Congleton Road/ Green Street across the road from the Small Common and Morrisons was originally up for auction with a guide price of £350,000 which was then changed to £225,000.

It was listed with estate agency, Meller Braggins. The property with over 5,500 square feet of accommodation, has now got a 'sold' sign on.
