Sandbach businesswoman puts her coffee shop and lounge back up for sale

A Sandbach businesswoman has put her business back on the market - after two sales fell through.

Louise Metcalfe is trying to sell the coffee shop and interior business, Miola in Elworth but so far has been unsucessful.

She successfully sold Miola in Holmes Chapel last year but also wants to sell the first Miola branch she opened at Lodge Road in Sandbach.

Louise and her partner Carl Farrow want to go travelling and spend more time with their family.

She said: "As you know, we had a buyer for Miola. One buyer backed out 10 days before completion, and the other buyer is taking far too long with no progress so it's back on the market!

"If you can see yourself owning a cafe, garden centre, shop or restaurant, get in touch. Miola rents a large space with an inside and outside area. Lots of scope to put your own stamp on it. For more information email: [email protected]."

Louise also runs a cleaning business, Done 'N' Dusted. which is remaining open.
