What's On in Sandbach this Weekend: A Christmas fair, pottery, rugby and live music

It's a fun weekend ahead with the Christmas fair, pottery, rugby and live music.       

Every Thursday, we bring you our top picks of events in Sandbach happening over the coming weekend.

Here are our top event picks for the coming days:

Friday, November 18th

Sandbach Children's Centre in Crewe Road has a 'Toddlers Together' aimed at children from one to three years old. 

The sessions are relaxed and have a range of arts, messy play, stories and rhymes to access throughout the session.

Some activities will be based in our outdoor area, so weather appropriate clothing is encouraged.

A Speech & Language Therapist from Cheshire East Chatters will be coming to this session.

Later on, it's Godfrey Williams' Taste of Christmas Food and Drink Fair at St Mary's Church Hall. Food and drink to try from award-winning local and British producers. There will be cheese, wine, gin, pâté, beer, biscuits and more.

It starts at 4.00pm and goes on until 8.00pm. Entry is free.

Saturday, November 19th 

The Potters Barn, Roughwood Lane, Hassall Green, has a pottery course from 1 pm until 5 pm.

Meanwhile at Sandbach Rugby Club in Bradwall Road, 2nd XV's take on Blackburn Rugby Club.

Sandbach United Football Club aka The Ramblers are away against Ellesmere Rangers. 

In the evening, the Military Arms in Congleton Road, has he Sunshine Street food company from 4pm and live music from Jon Stevens from 8pm.

 Sunday, November 20th  

If running is your thing, Sandbach Striders is a running club for all abilities based out of Sandbach Rugby Club on Bradwall Road.

They meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights and Sundays at 9.30 am the latter for a 'long slow run' to be confirmed.
