Friday, December 9th     

Sandbach Art Club has a three-day exhibition at the Masonic Hall from 11 am until 4pm today.

Elworth Hall School Association has its Christmas Fair from 4.30 pm until 7.30 pm. There's craft and gift stalls, Santa's grotto and Christmas carols and choir.

Saturday, December 10th   

Sandbach Art Club has an exhibition at the Masonic Hall from 10 am until 4pm today. Free entry.

It's the Sandbach Makers Market of the year in Market Square from 10 am until 3pm. There will be Christmas bakes, cakes, makes and snacks plus an array of gifts and other products. See you there!

At Sandbach Rugby Club in Bradwall Road, the 3rd XV play Chester 3rd XV with a 2:15pm kick-off.

At Elworth Park in Vicarage Gardens there's "Carols in the Park" at 6.00pm. The Co-operative Community Wind Band are accompanying the audience as they sing a selection of favourite carols. Afterwards, hot drinks, mince pies and other festive treats will be available at Elworth Methodist Church Hall.

At The Military in Congleton Road, JMD are playing straight after the England V France game.

Meanwhile, The Lion in Sandbach has indie band, The Replicas. from 9.30 after the football or if extra time/penalties 10.00/10.15ish.

 Sunday, December 11th    

 Sandbach Art Club has an exhibition at the Masonic Hall from 10 am until 4pm today. Free entry.

If running is your thing, Sandbach Striders is a running club for all abilities based out of Sandbach Rugby Club on Bradwall Road.

They meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights and Sundays at 9.30 am the latter for a 'long slow run' to be confirmed.
