Friday, October 20th

The annual Poppy Ball in Sandbach is on at Sandbach Town Hall. Tickets £25 (including meal) are available from the Royal British Legion (Sandbach Branch) at 01270 762173. The event takes place from 7 pm until 11.30 pm.

Saturday, October 21st

Don't throw your old items – pack them up and take yourself down to St Peter's Church in Elworth to Sandbach Repair Cafe between 11am and 2pm. Sandbach Partnership has launched Sandbach Repair Café, supported by Repair Café Wales, as we revealed here . Take yourself off and get those old items repaired!

Sandbach Rugby Club's 1st team are away to Stockport RUFC with a 3 pm kick-off.

Sandbach United's first team are at away to Maine Road with a 3 pm kick-off.

Sunday, October 22nd

In the afternoon, The Military Arms has a charity darts match for Diabetes UK
