Passed away peacefully at home on 1st January 2021. Dave aged 56 years of Sandbach. Much loved Dad to Josh, Jake and Jaimie, Brother of Brent and Karon, Grandad and Uncle. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to CALM. Funeral service to be held at Crewe Crematorium on Wednesday 20th January 2021 at 11:30am. Due to current regulations a restricted number of mourners apply.
