Passed away peacefully at Telford Court Care Home on 20th December 2020. Jack aged 99 years of Sandbach. Beloved Husband of the late Sybil, devoted Father to Julie and Jonathan, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Alzheimer's Society. Funeral service to be held at Vale Royal Crematorium on Wednesday 6th January 2021 at 1pm.
