Jade passed away on 30th December 2020, aged 30 years. She was the amazing Fiancée to Rob, wonderful Daughter of Steve and Mandy, dearly loved Sister to Louise and Danny, adored Granddaughter and Auntie. The funeral service will take place at Crewe Crematorium on Tuesday 12th January 2021 at 1pm. Donations if desired to The British Liver Trust. Due to current regulations a restricted number of mourners apply.
