A Sandbach estate agent has been named 'Best in Postcode' for Lettings.

Stephenson Browne, a Staffordshire and Cheshire based estate agents, won The ESTAS 'Best in Postcode' awards in all of their branches.

Sandbach, Congleton, Crewe, Newcastle-under-Lyme and Alsager all won the accolade for sales, lettings, or both.

The ESTAS - a customer award scheme in the UK residential property industry - gives out the awards based on customer reviews submitted directly to the ESTAS review website.

The reviews are completed at the end of the moving experience and are verified by the ESTAS team providing valuable feedback on the service provided.

As a Postcode winner, Stephenson Browne has also been shortlisted to win a prestigious county, regional or national trophy at the ESTAS Awards which take place on 16 October.

The awards will be presented by property expert Phil Spencer in front of 1,200 of the UK's top property professionals.
