Time: 2.30pm - 3.30pm

Venue: Sandbach Literacy Institute, Bradwell Road, Sandbach CW11 1AE

A safe space to express your emotions without judgement. Find strength through sharing and discover personal insights along the way in a supportive environment.

Sessions are free and include refreshments.
