Welcome to Build the Basics — your introduction to strength training.
This brand-new class is held at the beautiful, light-filled studio at Alsager Wellness Rooms.
Starting Thursday 15th January 12:30-1:15pm and running for 6 weeks.
In this small-group setting (4-6 people), you'll learn the foundations of effective strength training, with a focus on proper technique in all the key movements.
We'll use resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, and small equipment to help you build full-body strength, and confidence.
This class is perfect for anyone who wants build their strength in a safe supportive environment.
This is a 6 week course, investment is £90
