Mental Health Awareness Week runs from 15th of May until 21st May and the Co-op wants to share ways you can get support.

The Co-op is proud to help promote Mental Health Awareness Week and wants to make sure their customers and members get the support they need.

The Co-op is in partnership with three mental health charities across England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. You can learn more about the partnerships and how to get support here: Our charity partnership - Co-op (coop.co.uk)

One of the Co-op's partners Mind is using this week to focus on the impact of the cost of living crisis on mental health. Whether raising awareness or raising money, they want everyone to know support is out there.

Mind also has a Mid Cheshire branch whose website is here

Ashfields Primary Care in Sandbach says: "Anxiety is a normal emotion in us all but sometimes it can get out of control and become a mental health problem.

"You can find out more about anxiety and what help is available here "
