A new wine bar and bistro is opening in Sandbach but its location hasn't been identifed.

The House in Congleton Road, which opened four years ago, is advertising for staff saying it's building its "launch team".

"A brand new Wine Bar/Bistro is opening soon in Sandbach and we're looking for awesome people to join the team.

"If you're fun, friendly, and love making people smile, we want you! "

The post said it was hiring a bar bistro manager, customer service assistants and bar staff saying it nevers pays the minimum wage - "you're worth more". Full, part-time and casual roles are available with the post adding: "let's build something amazing together".

The House, running under the branding of Blackwater & Grubb, is run by the Evans family and was opened in October 2021 opening in the former Peppers coffee shop later expanding to the building next door.

Now the family are looking forward to the opening of a new business but are keeping its location strictly under wraps for the time being.

Peter Evans told Sandbach Nub News: "Right now, there is nothing we can say. Plans are still being finalised so our offer and opening dates are still to be determined."
